Send a data-access request to our policy desk email with your registered account address and a brief description of what you need. We will confirm receipt within one business day and deliver your data export within 30 days as required by applicable regulations.

We record the transaction reference, amount, timestamp and the payment method label — UPI, Paytm or PhonePe. We do not store your full bank credentials or UPI PIN. Only the minimum identifiers needed to reconcile your wallet and support a dispute are retained.
